An emotion is a feeling such as happiness, love, fear, anger or hatred which can be caused by the situation that you are in or the people you are with. Setting good personal boundaries is critical.
A lack of boundaries opens the door for others to determine your thoughts, feelings and needs. Defining boundaries is a process of determining what behaviour you will accept from others and what you will not. Boundaries are your own invisible force field and you are in charge of protecting it. It’s important to stay tuned into your own feelings, body and mind.

The key for knowing, understanding your own values ( mind , body and speech ) is self love. Within the inner love, there is inner light and awareness which can light and connect to outer nature and light too. Self love is accepting whoever you are yourself and whatever you are.
